Process for Renting

• Enviar listado del mobiliario requerido.
• Send a list of required furniture
• Comfort Rent le enviará una cotización completa de los muebles así como de la transportación, viaje redondo, de los mismos.
• Comfort Rent shall return a complete price description and estimate, including round transportation costs.
• En contratación de mediano y largo plazo la cotización del transporte de devolución se hará al momento de solicitar el servicio.
• For medium and long term contracts, pick up transportation prices will be calculated at the time when the service is required.
• Confirmar la aceptación del presupuesto por escrito ó enviarlo de regreso vía fax. con la correspondiente firma de aceptación.
• After agreeing with the budget, you need to send us a written agreement confirmation, by letter or fax, including the corresponding agreement signature
• Cubrir un depósito de garantía.
• Pay a warrant deposit
• Pagar el primer mes de renta antes de la entrega.
• Pay first month of rent in advance
• Pagar el importe del transporte antes de la entrega.
• Pay for transportation before delivery
• Pagar el importe de los protectores nuevos de colchón, en caso de rentar camas.
• Cover the price for new mattress protectors when renting beds
• Firmar el contrato.

• Identificación oficial del contratante (representante de la empresa, persona que será responsable de la contratación).
• Official ID of the client – company representative or that whom shall be responsible for contract honouring
• Comprobante de domicilio fiscal.
• Proof of fiscal address
• Registro Federal de Contribuyentes de la Empresa.
• Companie’s RFC –Registro Federal de Contribuyentes
• Nombre e identificación del usuario de los Muebles.
• Name and ID of the person who shall be using the furniture

Comfort Rent Policies

• La entrega de los muebles se llevará a cabo en un plazo de cinco días hábiles a partir de la contratación, salvo acuerdo previo.
• Furniture delivery shall take place in five working days after signing the contract, or according to a previous agreement
• El tiempo mínimo de renta es por un mes.
• Minimum rental time is one month
• El pago de las rentas es por mes completo.
• The charge for rental is in complete months
• La Empresa se reserva el derecho de designar al transportista para la entrega y devolución del mobiliario.
• Comfort Rent reserves the right to designate the tranpoter for delivery and pick up
• El costo del transporte lo calcula el transportista de acuerdo a la distancia, cantidad de muebles y tiempo estimado de entrega.
• The transporter calculates the costs according to distance, furniture ammount and estimated delivery time
• Las maniobras especiales ya sea en entrega ó devolución tendrán un costo adicional.
• Special maneuvers for furniture delivery or pick up shall have an extra cost
• Se podrán hacer entregas y devoluciones parciales siempre y cuando se cubra el gasto adicional de transporte que esto genera, por lo que recomendamos solicitar en un solo viaje todo lo que pueda ser necesario.
• Partial deliveries and pick ups can be made, as long as the extra transportation cost is covered by the client, therefore we recommend you to request what you need in one single delivery

LAVADORA Y SECADORA Whashing Machine and Dryer

Estos Aparatos serán debidamente conectados por nuestro personal siempre y cuando el Inmuebles cuente con la instalación adecuada, de no ser así el cliente podrá solicitarnos un técnico para hacer dicha instalación absorbiendo él mismo el costo de ese trabajo.

(These apparatus shall be properly installed by our personnel. The clients need to have the necessary facilities in their household, otherwise, special technical support may be requested to Comfort Rent and the cost be absorbed by the client)

REFRIGERADOR

Es MUY IMPORTANTE ! NO conectarlo hasta 4 horas después de haberse colocado en el lugar fijo en donde va a funcionar.

(It is VERY IMPORTANT NOT to connect it to electricity until after four hours after being placed at the spot where it will stay)

APARATOS ELECTRICOS

Todos los aparatos funcionan con un voltaje de 127v ¡en caso de otro voltaje!, éstos quedarían inservibles.

(All devices work with a 127 volts source. ¡Any other voltage may and will damage them and leave them useless).
